What we collect
When you submit the contact form, run the free website audit or use the AI assistant, we receive the information you provide — your name, email, message and the service you're interested in. Basic technical data such as your IP address may be logged for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request. Form submissions are delivered to our team through a private messaging channel. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't run advertising trackers that share it with third parties.
AI assistant
Chat messages are stored on our server for up to 90 days so we can see what visitors ask and improve the site. If you leave an email address in the chat, your conversation and that address are also passed to our team so a person can reply. Messages are processed by Google Gemini to generate responses. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
Website audit
When you run the free audit, we fetch the public homepage of the address you enter and analyse it. We don't store credentials and we don't access anything that isn't publicly available.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
